Send the details that change the brief

Start with the direct entry link. Include the name shown on the ballot, category and current round. Add the desired quantity if you know it; otherwise say that you need advice. A provider cannot calculate a reliable live target from a hidden leaderboard.

State the closing date, time and organiser’s zone. Describe the voting steps: an open ballot, registration or email confirmation are different tasks. Include relevant eligibility and outside-support rules so the proposed service can be checked against them.

Compare the written scope

A useful quote identifies the entry and service, total price and currency, timing, update method, payment terms and any applicable cancellation or refund terms. Check whether it covers one round or several, and what happens if the deadline or voting method changes.

Example brief: “Please review [entry link], category Nature, final public-choice round. I’m considering 500 votes; voting closes 30 October at 8 pm New York time. The ballot requires an email confirmation. The official rules are [link]. Please confirm options, total price and timing.” This is a fictional request, not a quote or delivery promise.

Request first, decide after review

Use the contest vote quote form or WhatsApp. The form does not collect payment or place an order. Keep the submission reference so you can identify the enquiry when following up.

If the deadline is close, tell us at the beginning. Availability and delivery timing must be confirmed for that request. General website wording or a calculator result does not establish that a particular order can be completed.
